I would like to say how good your service was. I ordered some energy saving lamps
on the 17/08/09 and they arrived on the 19/08/09.

Too often these days postage costs do not reflect the true value of packing however I can say that your service is different and attention to detail is what customers like. Dear Netlamps
I have a cooker hood that takes the 35mm Dichoric Halogen Lamps, which you can't get in the shops so I had to order direct from Zanussi, I bought 2 bulbs from Zanussi including delivery for £36 and with Netlamps I bought 20 bulbs for £44 inc. delivery and they are better quality and longer lasting than my previous order and soooooo much cheaper - Thank you Netlamps.
I just wanted to add to the list of very satisfied customer!! The order was puntual but unfortunately I wasn't at home when the delivery arrived on both days. i rang the number listed and it was no trouble at all to get the delivery address changed and that arrived the next day too. I am so impressed I will e-mail all my friends, because I am sure they will get a professional service and guaranteed next delivery and a very competitive price!!!
