Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Please note that we only accept UK Sterling (£) for payments.

Prices

These are subject to change without notice. Prices are displayed exclusive of Value Added Tax and the tax computation for VAT is shown during the shopping process before any payment details are requested.

Contract

Any order placed through the use of this web site is an offer to purchase. Acceptance of any offer to purchase is only fulfilled when Netlamps.co.uk sends a VAT invoice by email to the offeror. Any email sent to a customer acknowledging receipt of order or payment is for customer courtesy only.

If we are unable to fulfill your order request, we will advise you promptly and issue a prompt refund.

Delivery

All orders (subject to stock availability) are normally dispatched within 48 hours. Orders received before 4.00 pm are normally dispatched the same day. Orders received on Bank Holidays, Saturdays or Sundays will be dispatched on the next business day. If we are unable to dispatch within this period we will contact you to arrange a mutually agreed alternative date. If we cannot agree another date, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.

Returns & Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact Customer Support by email at info@netlamps.co.uk who will be pleased to arrange a refund of the purchase price LESS a 20% handling charge, within a maximum of 30 days, subject to the following:-

You must notify us in writing of your wish to cancel within 7 days of receipt of delivery of the goods purchased.

You must return the goods unused and in the condition you received the goods, in their original packaging.

You are responsible for the return carriage costs.
